Currently serving as a Senior Vice President at First Citizens Bank since September 2017, Sara M. Hernandez also holds the position of Immediate Past Chair of the Board at the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at Biscayne Bank and Bank of the Ozarks, as well as a Senior Vice President and Vice President/Client Manager at C1 Bank. Sara M. Hernandez founded and presided over South Bay Lending, successfully managing operations and sales for residential and commercial loans. Education includes a Bachelor in Liberal Arts from Barry University.
