Tito Disla has extensive experience in operations management within the hospitality sector, currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager for Coral Hospitality Corp. since August 2012. In this role, Tito oversees the operations of the Founder’s Condominium and previously managed the Golden Bear Lodge, ensuring high standards in service and property management. Prior to this, Tito worked as an Operations Manager for Caletón Villas, responsible for the community's operational success and villa reservations. Tito began a career in marketing and public relations at Turinter S.A., one of the leading tour operators in the Dominican Republic. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Service Management from Universitat de les Illes Balears and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management with a focus on Tourism Marketing from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra.
