Erez Cohen has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Erez began as a Telephony Engineer at Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. in 2006. In 2011, they became a System Engineer at Beeper Communications Israel Ltd., where they worked with Avaya Contact Center and PBX, managing 400 agents concurrently across multiple tenants. In 2012, they joined Enghouse Interactive as a Customer Support Specialist and then moved into the roles of Technical Account Manager and Customer Support Engineer. In 2021, they began working as a Customer Support Engineer at SundaySky, where they served as a focal point for customer needs and monitored the production environment traffic. Lastly, in 2022, they joined Coralogix as a Customer Success Engineer.

Erez Cohen obtained a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Holon Institute of Technology (H.I.T) between 2007 and 2011. Theirfield of study was Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
