Gediminas Aleknavicius

Gediminas Aleknavicius has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2004 as a Software Developer at Mobile Solutions Center. Gediminas then worked as a Senior Software Developer at Webmedia from 2005 to 2006 and as an IT Specialist at IBM Lietuva from 2006 to 2008. During this time, they also worked as an IT Specialist at VISA Europe, participating in a project to migrate their transaction processing system to Java and ILOG JRules. In 2008, they became a Freelance Senior Java Developer, and then worked as a Senior Software Developer at OneGo from 2010 to 2011. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Senior Java Developer (Application integration) / External Consultant at Deutsche Börse. Gediminas then worked as a Senior Software Engineer at TTMzero from 2020 to 2022, and is currently a Senior Scala Engineer at Coralogix.

Gediminas Aleknavicius has a diverse educational background. From 1990 to 1996, they attended Prienų “Žiburio” gimnazija. Gediminas then attended KTUG from 1996 to 1999, graduating with a Bachelor's in Computer Science. From 1999 to 2003, they attended Kaunas University of Technology, and from 2004 to 2005, they attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology, studying Engineering and Management of Information Systems. Additionally, they have two certifications: Architectural Design of SOA Solutions from Prometric in 2007, and Cisco Certified Network Associate from Prometric in 2003.
