Jenny Clayton

Jenny (Weaver) Clayton, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and people services. Jenny'smost recent role was as Vice President, People Services at CoralTree Hospitality's Suncadia Resort, starting in December 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant for an undisclosed company from August 2023 to December 2023.

Before that, Jenny served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Alaskan Dream Cruises / Allen Marine Tours / Allen Marine, Inc. from October 2022 to August 2023. In this role, they supported the company and its subsidiaries in building people and business strategies to improve effectiveness and drive performance.

Jenny also has extensive experience within the cruise industry. Jenny worked for Celebrity Cruises, Inc. from 2018 to 2022, holding roles such as Corporate Senior Manager, Fleet Human Resources, Corporate Fleet Manager, Human Resources, Senior HR Business Partner, and Human Resources Officer - Shipboard. In these positions, they oversaw various HR functions aboard a fleet of ships and provided strategic support to executive leaders.

Prior to their time at Celebrity Cruises, Jenny worked as a Regional Manager, Human Resources at Wyndham Vacation Ownership from 2016 to 2018. Jenny supported multiple properties and associate populations in the Northern Coast of Oregon and Southern Coast of Washington.

Jenny's earlier experience includes roles at Pursuit Collection, ARAMARK Parks & Destinations, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Princess Wilderness Lodge. Jenny'sresponsibilities in these positions ranged from overseeing the HR department for hotel properties to providing training and development support.

Throughout their career, Jenny has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, organizational effectiveness, employee satisfaction, and leadership development. Jenny'sdiverse experiences in the hospitality and cruise industries have equipped their with a broad perspective and a strong ability to drive business and people-related initiatives.

Jenny (Weaver) Clayton, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University (2008-2010). Jenny also obtained an Associates degree in Liberal Arts from San Antonio College (2006-2008). Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources and Employee Relations from Penn State University (2012-2019). In addition to their educational achievements, Jenny has earned certifications such as the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM (2022) and the 360 Feedback Certified from Korn Ferry (2021).
