Karen Monaghan is a dynamic entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in sustainability, community development, and organizational management. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Our Kinds, Karen aims to eliminate single-use takeaway cups on a global scale by fostering supply chain collaboration. In addition to this role, Karen is an Activator at Coralus, a contributor to its fund and platform. Karen founded 90Now, focusing on future readiness for individuals and communities, while also serving on the Board of Advisors for WA Climate Leaders, which empowers businesses to achieve net-zero goals. Previous positions include CEO of KidNest, which created local childminding solutions, and various leadership roles at Melbourne Writers Festival, Neonormal, Queen Elizabeth Centre, and Anex. Karen's educational background includes attending Kilbreda College from 1976 to 1981.

Coralus
