Caroline Rodriguez Gonzalez

Coordinator, Early Childhood Education at Corazón Healdsburg

Caroline was born and raised in Healdsburg, California. Caroline graduated from The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising with her degree in Fashion Design. Her passion and love for art led her to kick off her career in the world of nonprofits. Caroline has over 14 years of experience working for several nonprofit organizations in Sonoma County. Her experience varies from working with children 0-5, youth and parents.

Caroline's profound passion has been supporting parents by coaching them through the most important years of a child's development. She has coached countless parents creating experiences and relationships that will strengthen the family as a whole. Caroline hopes and dreams that all children know what strong families, unconditional love and happy childhoods are in order to grow up and be outstanding human beings. Caroline wholeheartedly belives the words of Nelson Mandela that "children are the most vulnerable citizens in any society and the greatest of our treasures."

Caroline is a mother herself. Her son, Angel and her love to hike, fish, play, watch movies and spend quality time together. During the holidays Angel asks family and friends for donations to create care packets for our houseless community and together with Caroline they distribute to those who might need a little holiday cheer and care. Caroline would not be able to love her career the way she does without being the mother of Angel.
