Dr. Jennifer Kleiber

Associate Professor of Education at Corban University

B.S. in Elementary Education (Western Oregon University)

M.A. in Elementary Education: Reading and Literacy (Walden University)

Ed.D. in Curriculum Development and Design (George Fox University)

Dr. Kleiber teaches courses such as Instructional Alignment, Literacy Methods, ESOL Methods, Classroom Management, and supervises teacher candidates.

Before coming to Corban in 2016, she taught multiple grade levels within the Salem-Keizer school district and held several TOSA positions such as Reading Specialist, Behavior Specialist, and District Mentor. During her career in the Salem-Keizer school district, Dr. Kleiber was nominated for a Crystal Apple Award, and she currently sits on the School Board Commission for Riviera Christian School here in Salem.

Dr. Kleiber says, “My years working within the field of elementary education has prepared me well for my position, and I have been blessed to have a full and well-rounded teaching career so far. Being able to train pre-service teachers to be excellent educators and to serve students well while holding a biblical worldview towards their profession is a true joy.”
