Susan Gilbert

Susan Gilbert has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Susan is currently the SVP & Head of Talent at Corbin Advisors since June 2022. Before that, they worked as the VP HR & Administration at 20/20 Facility Services, Corp. from October 2019 to June 2022. Prior to that, they held various leadership roles at United Technologies, including Executive Director of Corporate HR – Digital, Technology & Research from October 2016 to March 2019, and Senior Director of Corporate HR – Operation, Engineering & Research from January 2014 to September 2016. Susan also served as the Senior Director of HR – Engineering at Pratt & Whitney from May 2010 to December 2013. Furthermore, they gained valuable experience at Otis Elevator Co. from April 2003 to April 2010, where they held the position of Director of Human Resources – North America Area. Susan began their career at United Technologies in 1990, initially in financial positions at Pratt & Whitney before transitioning to the HR function at UTC corporate headquarters in 1998.

Susan Gilbert earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Connecticut, completing their studies between 1986 and 1990. Susan later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, which they completed in 1995. In 2016, Susan attended INSEAD to further enhance their leadership skills through an Executive Leadership Education program.
