Scott Simon

Scott Simon is currently the Sales Director at Corbion, a position held since 2020. Previously, Scott served as the Director of Technical Services at ADM from 2009 to 2020 and held the same role at Milton's Baking Company, LLC from 2008 to 2009. Before that, Scott was the Technical Services Manager at General Mills from 2006 to 2008 and worked as an Operations Manager at Sara Lee Bakery from 2002 to 2005. Scott's educational background includes a degree in Baking Science Production Management from Kansas State University, completed in 2002, as well as ongoing studies at the American Institute of Baking.
