David Carpenter

David Carpenter, PMP, has over 28 years of experience in the utility and infrastructure industry. David is currently the Vice President of the Trenchless Division at Corby Energy Services, Inc. David has extensive experience in performing, supervising, estimating, and managing various trenchless projects, utilizing methods such as directional drilling, pipe bursting, CIPP, slipline, hand tunneling, and auger boring. David'sexperience encompasses projects with pipe diameters ranging from 1" to 120". From 2003 to the present, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Utility Services Authority, LLC.

David Carpenter, PMP has pursued a Doctor of Divinity degree at Holy Trinity College and Seminary. Additionally, they have completed a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) program at Winebrenner Theological Seminary.
