Marc Valencia began their work experience as an Articling Student at Fasken in May 1995 and completed their term in June 1996. Marc then joined Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Senior / Business Advisor from September 1997 to August 1998. From September 1998 to November 2000, they worked as an Associate at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt. Marc then moved to Shearman & Sterling, where they served as an Associate from November 2000 to March 2003. Since May 2004, Marc has held multiple positions at Corby Spirit and Wine Limited, including General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Vice President of Public Affairs.
Marc Valencia attended York University - Osgoode Hall Law School from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a degree in LL.B. (JD). Prior to this, Marc obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of Toronto. In 2009, Marc also completed the Directors Education Program at the Institute of Corporate Directors.
