Iulia Cristina Tudor

Iulia Cristina Tudor has an extensive work experience in the field of biostatistics and biometrics. Iulia Cristina is currently the VP, Head of Biometrics at Corcept Therapeutics since June 2022. Iulia Cristina previously held the role of Senior Director, Head of Biometrics at the same company from February 2019 to June 2022.

Before joining Corcept Therapeutics, Iulia worked as the Director of Biostatistics at Pfizer from October 2016 to January 2019. Prior to that, they were employed at Medivation where they served as the Director of Biostatistics from January 2016 to September 2016, and as the Associate Director of Biostatistics from May 2013 to December 2015.

Iulia also gained valuable experience at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, where they worked as an Associate Director of Biostatistics for the Janssen Alzheimer Immunotherapy division from January 2011 to April 2013. Iulia Cristina started their career as a Consultant Biostatistician at Genentech from September 2008 to January 2011.

Prior to their roles at pharmaceutical companies, Iulia was a Senior Research Scientist - Statistician at ALZA, a Johnson & Johnson company, from August 2005 to August 2008. Iulia Cristina began their career as a Senior Statistician at the Ischemia Research and Education Foundation (IREF) from May 2001 to August 2005.

Iulia Cristina Tudor obtained a Ph.D. in Mathematical Statistics from the School of Advanced Studies of the Romanian Academy (SCOSAAR) from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, they pursued an MS in Biostatistics at Pierre and Marie Curie University from 1992 to 1993. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Bucharest, although the exact years of study for their undergraduate degree were not mentioned.
