Lauren Wiser

Lauren Wiser has diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Lauren joined Corcept Therapeutics in 2022 as a Senior Director Product Development. Previously, they worked at FibroGen, Inc. for eight years as a Senior Director. Prior to that, Lauren was a Research Scientist at Gilead Sciences from 2009 to 2014. Lauren began their career at ALZA Corporation as an Engineer, where they worked from 2002 to 2008.

Lauren Wiser pursued their education from 1998 to 2002 at Case Western Reserve University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biomedical Engineering. Subsequently, from 2004 to 2011, they attended the University of the Pacific and earned a Doctorate (PhD) in Pharmaceutical and Chemical Sciences.
