Ying Ru

Ying Ru, MD, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Manager/Associate Director in Clinical Development, Endocrinology at Corcept Therapeutics, beginning in September 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Scientist II at Acepodia, where responsibilities encompassed writing and reviewing clinical documents for oncology and immunology. Ying Ru also contributed as a Scientist at bit.bio, leading projects on iPSC-derived myeloid immune cells for cancer therapy. A substantial academic background includes a postdoctoral fellowship at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, focusing on lung cancer clinical outcomes, alongside a history of clinical roles in endocrinology and metabolism at The First Affiliated Hospital of the University of Science and Technology of China. Educational qualifications include an MD, MS, and PhD in Medicine from Anhui Medical University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
