As a co-founder and owner of Commercial Waste Solutions from October 2009 to January 2020, Dayna focused on optimizing waste and recycling processes for various businesses. In the pharmaceutical sector, Dayna served as an executive sales representative for Teva Pharmaceuticals from March 2010 to December 2012, building relationships with healthcare professionals in the Baltimore area. Dayna's earlier experience includes roles as a professional sales representative at Merck and as an account manager at Yellowbook USA, where Dayna ranked in the top 10% of sales representatives. Dayna holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from Lynn University.
