Karen Bail

Karen Bail has over 25 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing. Karen started their career at MacArthur & Co SIR in 1992 and worked there until 2006 as a Sales person. From 2006 to 2012, they worked at Coldwell Banker Maryl as a Sales Broker. Karen then joined Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers in 2012 as a Real Estate Sales and Marketing Broker, where they worked until 2014. Since 2014, they have been working at Corcoran Pacific Properties, first as a Real Estate Sales and Marketing, Broker In Charge until 2021, and currently as the Vice President of Sales. Karen is known for helping buyers and sellers of Hawaii Real Estate achieve their goals in a professional and confident manner.

Karen Bail received their Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture and Business Management from the University of Hawai'i System between 1978 and 1982. Karen also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the same institution. In 2014, Karen obtained a certification as a Certified Negotiation Expert from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute.
