Andrea Mandelli

Andrea Mandelli has extensive experience in the legal field, specializing in intellectual property, IT law, and compliance. Starting in 2014, Andrea worked as an Intellectual Property Lawyer at Bugnion SpA, specializing in intellectual property, IT, and media law. In 2019, Andrea joined EY as a Manager in the Intellectual Property & IT legal department, where they were responsible for international agreements and litigation, IT legal compliance, marketing compliance, and project management. Additionally, Andrea gained experience in areas such as blockchain, data privacy, big data, artificial intelligence, and NFTs. Currently, Andrea holds the position of Head of Legal Affairs - General Counsel at CORCYM, a medical device company, where they manage the global legal and compliance function.

Andrea Mandelli obtained a Master's degree in Law from Università di Pavia from 2009 to 2014. In 2015, they pursued further education in Intellectual Property Law, completing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) program at Just Legal Services - Scuola di Formazione Legale. In 2018, Andrea Mandelli obtained a Master Privacy Officer & Privacy Consultant degree from Federprivacy with a focus on Privacy Law.

In terms of additional certifications, Andrea Mandelli became a Qualified Lawyer from Ordine Avvocati Milano in 2018. They also completed a Course on Intellectual Property from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in September 2014. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Legal Project Manager from the International Institute of Legal Project Management in July 2022. They are also an Ordinary Member of the AIGI - Associazione Italiana Giuristi d'Impresa as of 2023.
