Lauren Shields Baker

Lauren Shields Baker has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and packaging industries. Currently serving as the Cleaning Lead for Production Operations at Corden Pharma since November 2020, Lauren has a solid background that includes roles such as Sr. Validation Engineer at Cambrex and Manufacturing Engineer at both Corden Pharma and Hospira. Earlier experience includes positions as a Manufacturing Investigator and Validation Engineer II at Hospira, and Production Engineer at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics. Lauren also gained experience through internships as a Packaging Engineer at Del Monte Foods and Eisai. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Packaging Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Packaging Engineering, both earned at Michigan State University.
