Melissa Oldfield

Melissa Oldfield, CCP, has extensive experience in HR and payroll management, currently serving as Payroll Manager at CORDENTAL Group since September 2018, and previously held positions as HR/Payroll Specialist. Prior to this, Melissa worked at Community First Solutions from February 2013 to September 2018 as an HR/Payroll Coordinator and HR Coordinator. Earlier in a career that began in 1993 at Ohio Casualty Group, roles included Compensation Analyst and Compensation Specialist. Additional experience includes positions at Miami University as a Budget Analyst and Program Associate from July 2008 to February 2013.
