Barrie Ferraro has extensive experience in the construction and real estate industry. Barrie is currently the Director of Business Development at Corderman & Company, Inc., where they are responsible for sourcing new business opportunities and developing market strategies. Prior to this, they worked at Jones Lang LaSalle as a Project Executive/Senior Construction Manager, overseeing multiple projects and managing client relationships. Barrie also has experience as an Assistant Project Manager at George BH Macomber Co., where they worked on various construction projects. Before that, they were a Project Engineer at Weston Solutions, Inc., where they handled hazardous waste cleanup projects, and at Gannett Fleming, where they worked on water treatment plant projects.
Barrie Ferraro completed high school at Haddam Killingworth from 1984 to 1987, earning a High School/Secondary Diploma and Certificate. Following that, from 1987 to 1991, Barrie attended Wentworth Institute of Technology and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management. In terms of additional certifications, Barrie became a Procore Certified Associate through Procore Technologies in March 2017. They also obtained the LEED AP certification, although the specific details of when and where it was acquired are not available.
