Evan Griffin

Evan Griffin is a Senior Recruiter at Cordia Resources and based in the Tysons Corner, VA office.

He is responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates to match the best professionals with their clients’ needs. Collaborating closely with candidates to understand their career needs, Evan focuses on building strong relationships with professionals of all levels and networking within the IT community.

Prior to joining Cordia, Evan spent 5 years recruiting for large organizations in the fields of Information Technology, Financial Technology, Defense Contracting, SaaS Technology, and Media. His skills include developing strategies to qualify notable talent, managing contract employment on assignments, negotiating offers, and providing hiring best practices. He is a great communicator and puts customer service first.

Evan was born and raised in the Washington, DC area and graduated from Annandale High School. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia, where he was both a football and track & field athlete. Evan is an avid DC sports fan and animal lover who enjoys fishing, golfing, snowboarding, and competitive games.
