Pat Herrity

Pat Herrity is an advisor at Cordia Resources. Pat has also worked at Cordia Partners and Delex Systems, Inc.

At Delex Systems, Inc., Herrity was the CFO and Director. Pat was responsible for finance, accounting, contracts, facilities, security, and information technology. Pat was also in charge of leading the company's turnaround after it experienced sales and profit decline. In 2016, the company returned to profitability, and in 2017, it achieved 15% revenue growth.

Some of Herrity's accomplishments include successfully completing the sale of Delex Systems to another Navy contractor and reducing corporate indirect staff by $1.5 million through process improvements.

Pat Herrity graduated from Virginia Tech with a BS in Accounting from the Pamplin College of Business.
