Thomas Tribble

Thomas Tribble is a Senior Recruiter at Cordia Resources and is based in Arlington, VA office. He is responsible for full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, qualifying, and vetting candidates to match with employer hiring requirements. His drive to understand candidate and employer goals empowers him to create long-lasting relationships with his clients.

Thomas obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from George Mason University, and upon graduation joined Cordia Partners. As an accountant working in the Outsourced Accounting Not-for-Profit Practice for five years, Thomas worked for nonprofit clients assisting with monthly transactions and financial reporting, while advising on accounting matters. In 2022, he transitioned to join Cordia Resources as a Senior Recruiter to help match candidates with employer job opportunities in the areas of Accounting & Finance.

Thomas’ accounting knowledge and stellar client relationships have set an excellent foundation for him to build a strong recruiting career and serve companies looking to grow their workforce with skilled technical talent. Thomas played on the men’s varsity basketball team at Oakton High School and is a fan of all Washington, DC Sports. Thomas also enjoys traveling, going to concerts and cooking.
