Earl Collins

Earl Collins has an extensive work experience in the energy and infrastructure industry. Earl is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Cordia and Clearway Community Energy since 2022. Previously, they held various leadership roles at MasTec, including President of the Clean Energy and Infrastructure Group from 2020 to 2022, President of the Power and Industrial Group from 2015 to 2022, and Senior Vice President from January to April 2015. Earl also served as the President of Willbros Group, Inc. from July 2014 to October 2014, and President of the Oil and Gas Segment from May 2013 to June 2014. Prior to that, they were the President/Global Director for EPC and Construction - Energy and Chemicals at CH2M HILL from 2008 to 2013. Earl started their career at Kiewit, where they held the role of Area Manager/Sr. Vice President from 1991 to 2008.

Earl Collins attended Iowa State University from 1986 to 1991, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering.
