Jamie Whitelock

Jamie Whitelock has extensive work experience in operations management and facility maintenance. They currently work as an Operations Manager at Cordia since 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Clearway Community Energy from 2021, where they also served as a Plant Operations Supervisor from 2016. In this role, they supervised up to 15 operators at three thermal plants, maintained plant reliability through operation coverage schedules, conducted yearly evaluations, and collaborated with employees to troubleshoot operational issues.

Before joining Clearway Community Energy, Jamie worked at NRG Energy as a Plant Operations Supervisor, Boiler Operator 2, Lead Boiler Operator 2, and Boiler Operator 3. In these roles, they operated steam boilers, chillers, and performed maintenance and chemical tests on boilers and cooling towers.

Jamie's earlier experience includes working as a Power Plant Operator at Mutual of Omaha and as a Boiler Operator/Facility Maintenance personnel at Prairie Mechanical Corporation. They operated boilers, chillers, conducted chemical tests, and performed facility maintenance tasks.

Their first job at Bass Pro Shops was as a Facility Manager, where they scheduled work for associates and contractors, supervised day porters, and oversaw all contractors.

Jamie Whitelock attended Metropolitan Community College from 2003 to 2005, where they studied Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology/Technician. Prior to that, Jamie attended Millard South High School Inc from 1979 to 1983.
