McKenna Ross

McKenna Ross began their work experience in 2015 as a member of the GCU Dance Team, where they served as a Senior Captain and represented the team in interviews with ESPN and Varsity TV. In 2018, they joined Grand Canyon Education, Inc. as a Pre-Evaluation Specialist, overseeing the evaluation of prospective transfer-students' transcripts and driving growth initiatives as a team lead. McKenna then worked at HomeLight from 2019 to 2023, first as a Sales Home Consultant, where they executed conversion inbound/outbound leads and mentored new hires. Later, they became a Client Manager, responsible for identifying the best product solutions and conducting interviews and screenings for potential candidates. Currently, McKenna is a Business Support Specialist at Cordia, starting in 2023.

McKenna Ross attended Valley Christian High School from 2011 to 2015. McKenna then enrolled at Grand Canyon University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from 2015 to 2019.
