Allie Volpe Johannes

Allie Volpe Johannes (She/Her) has worked in the Human Resources field since 2017. Allie began their career in 2009 as a WELL Junior Office Coordinator and WELL Peer Mentor at the University of California, Riverside. In 2016, they moved to Harmonium, Inc. as a Program Assistant, where they assisted Human Resources with administrative support on employment documents. In 2017, they began working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at 24 Hour Home Care. In 2020, they became a Senior Human Resources Administrator at Sound United, where they handled administrative tasks throughout the employee life cycle from hire to retire, administered onboarding activities, and coordinated benefits administration with new hires and open enrollment. Most recently, in 2022, they started a role as a People and Culture Generalist at Cordial.

Allie Volpe Johannes attended the University of California, Riverside from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a degree in Sociology/ Law and Society with a focus on Populations, Marketing, and Law.
