Brittany Brown Chiappin began their professional career in 2013 as a Teacher Abroad at Sarasas Pittaya Bilingual School in Bangkok, Thailand. In 2015, they moved to the United States and joined IBM as an Account Representative for IBM Hybrid Cloud, DevOps & Automation Software - Federal North America. In 2019, they joined Compass as a Customer Success Manager and Strategic Growth Partner. In 2020, they became a Client Success Manager at Natural Alternatives International, Inc., a Nutraceutical and Pharmaceutical manufacturing company advancing responsible nutrition. In 2021, they began working at Cordial as a Client Success Manager.
Brittany Brown Chiappin attended Virginia Tech from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English and Professional Writing. In 2015, they attended the IBM Summit Program where they studied Computer Software and Media Applications. Brittany has obtained four certifications: Cloud & Cognitive Patterns Badge from the IBM Open Badge Program in 2017, Hybrid Cloud Foundations from IBM in 2017 and 2016, and TEFL-Teach English as a Foreign Language.
