Chad Farran

Chad Farran is a seasoned user experience designer currently serving as a Senior User Experience Designer at Cordial Inc. since April 2017, focusing on the design and development of an enterprise-level multi-channel messaging platform. Chad employs design thinking within an agile development framework, conducts stakeholder interviews and user testing, solves complex problems with intuitive designs, and maintains a design system. Previously, Chad held the role of Training and Development Manager, creating a public-facing knowledge base and training programs for clients. Prior experience includes serving as a UX Designer at Mapp Digital and a long tenure at BlueHornet, where responsibilities encompassed designing and coding responsive email campaigns and presenting client performance reports. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Radio and Television from San Diego State University.
