Steve Thurner has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Steve is currently the Director of Client Solutions at Cordial, where they guide clients in transitioning their email programs into Cordial and provides support for data collection, integration, and reporting. Prior to that, they worked at Oracle as a Senior Principal Consultant, helping clients implement Oracle Infinity Analytics and Oracle Infinity Streams. Steve also has a background in customer solutions and implementation engineering, having worked at Tealium as a Lead Engineer and Sr. Implementation Engineer. Steve has experience in load testing as a Professional Services Engineer at NeuStar, Inc. Steve has volunteered at the American Diabetes Association and worked as an Implementation Engineer at Certona Corporation. Earlier in their career, Steve served as a Senior Consultant at CGI, providing application support for financial and HR systems. Steve also played a key role in the implementation of the California Child Support Automated System (CCSAS) as part of the Implementation Group CCSAS. Steve began their career as a Web Developer at Hunter Pacific Group and later provided web development support at Grand Pacific Resorts.

Steve Thurner attended San Diego State University from 1989 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with Information Systems. Prior to that, they attended El Camino High School from 1986 to 1989. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Oracle Responsys CX Marketing Platform 2020 Certified Implementation Specialist certification from Oracle in August 2020, and the Tealium Certified Technical Professional - Tealium iQ Tag Management certification from Tealium, Inc. in December 2017.
