Lynn Desroches

Lynn Desroches is a seasoned professional in quality engineering and clinical evidence with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Quality Engineer - Risk Management at Cordis since April 2022, Lynn has previously held key roles at Medtronic where responsibilities included writing clinical manuscripts, conducting patient risk assessments, and monitoring the safety of ventricular assist devices. Additional experience includes positions at HeartWare Inc, where Lynn focused on post-market surveillance and health hazard evaluations, and at various healthcare institutions, including roles as a staff nurse in the Intensive Care Unit and as a cardiac specialist.
