Shifeng Ye

Shifeng (Samantha) Ye is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in HRBP/Talent/HR Operations at Cordis since December 2015, Shifeng has also held the position of Sr. Advisor in Human Resources for Cordis in China. Prior experience includes working as an HR Supervisor in Medical Global Sourcing at Cardinal Health from September 2013 to November 2015 and as an HR Supervisor focusing on Recruitment and Employee Relations at Perfetti Van Melle from June 2012 to August 2013. Shifeng began a career in HR at Federal-Mogul Corporation, where a progression from Secretary and HR Assistant to Human Resources Supervisor took place between April 2007 and June 2012. Shifeng holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, completed in 2005.
