Sarah Armstrong-Montoya has over 14 years of experience in the legal sector. Sarah began their career in 2005 as Corporate Counsel at Xstrata Copper. In 2007, they joined Linklaters as an Associate. In 2010, they became Chief Legal Counsel, Asia at SouthGobi Resources Ltd. In 2013, they moved to Onza Legal Advisory as General Counsel. From 2014 to 2016, they were Vice President, General Counsel at High Power Exploration, where they successfully completed various deals in Asia and Latin America. Sarah Armstrong-Montoya completed a BA/LLB at the University of Tasmania between 1999 and 2004, with a focus on Law, Mandarin, and Japanese. Sarah also completed a Bachelor of Arts at Nankai University, with a major in Mandarin, and a Bachelor of Arts at Kinjo University, with a focus on Japanese.
