Candi Haas began their career in 2007 when they interned as a Marketing & Advertising Consultant at AT&T. In 2008, they moved to Regions Financial Corporation as a Financial Services Specialist. In 2011, they joined Enterprise Bank & Trust as an Event Planner & Administrative Assistant, where they were responsible for event-planning and entertainment for both internal and external clients. In 2016, they co-founded and co-owned Core and Rind, where they developed shelf stable and clean label recipes for their plant-based pantry staples. Candi is now in over 1,300 natural channel stores across the US and Canada with their one-of-a-kind, plant-based and totally delicious Cashew Cheesy Sauces.

Candi Haas attended the Academy of Culinary Nutrition in 2014, where they obtained a Culinary Nutrition Expert degree, studying whole real foods and spices and how they can heal us. Prior to this, they received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Southeast Missouri State University - Harrison College of Business and Computing, where they studied Marketing and Management from 2003 to 2007.
