David Toney

David Toney has extensive work experience in various software engineering roles. David is currently employed as a Senior Software Developer at CoreAVI since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Surgical Science / Mimic Technologies, Inc. as a Senior Simulation Software Engineer from February 2021 to January 2022. David held the same role when Mimic Technologies, Inc. was acquired by Surgical Science in 2021. Before joining Surgical Science / Mimic Technologies, Inc., David worked at Mimic Technologies Inc. as a Senior Simulation Software Engineer from June 2018 to February 2021. David'searlier experience includes working at Battelle, where they held different positions such as Software Engineer, Autonomous Robotics (July 2016 to May 2017 and January 2013 to July 2016), Software Engineer, Maritime Systems (January 2006 to January 2013), and Software Engineer, Aviation and Electronics Systems (April 2000 to January 2006). David started their career in the US Navy as an Avionics Technician from April 1994 to March 1998.

David Toney attended The Ohio State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science. David completed their education at the university in 1999.
