Erik Costello

Erik Costello has over 25 years of work experience in various roles. Erik is currently working as a Principal Technical Program Manager at CoreAVI since 2022. Previously, they worked at IQVIA from 2018 to 2022 as an Associate IT Projects Director, where they led multiple teams across different geographies working on Big Data projects and developed an automated Competitive Intelligence system.

From 2016 to 2018, Erik was a Scrum Master at PJM Interconnection, where they provided Tableau reporting and oversaw the development of real-time energy markets and trading applications.

Before that, they worked at Comcast in 2015 as an Application Engineering Manager III/Scrum Master, where they built new sales and order management systems and implemented cross-functional teams.

In 2015, Erik was also an Entrepreneur at PlumPrize, where they contributed to the startup and led business development, engineering development, and product definition.

From 2011 to 2015, they held the position of Senior Program Manager at Rovi, where they managed various projects related to TV services and guide systems.

Prior to that, they worked at DivX, Inc. as a Senior Program Manager, managing the deployment of DivX-TV on LG Blu-ray platforms.

In 2008, Erik was a Program Manager at Broadcom, where they brought DTV OEMs to production and initiated new business relationships.

From 1997 to 2008, they worked at AMD in various roles, including Program Manager and Senior Engineer, where they managed customer engagements, brought OEM projects to production, and played a key role in establishing the PMO for the Set Top Box division.

Erik started their career at Tseng Labs in 1995 as a Senior Engineer, specializing in graphics components and boards.

Erik Costello has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Temple University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. Erik is a Certified SAFe Agilist, having completed the certification program at Scaled Agile Academy in October 2021. Erik also holds the SAFe 5 Advanced Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc., which they obtained in November 2021. Erik has completed multiple courses on Coursera, including the IBM Data Science Professional Certificate Specialization and courses in Machine Learning with Python and Machine Learning, all obtained in 2019. Furthermore, Erik holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, acquired in October 2012. While no specific information is available about the timeline of their Certified ScrumMaster certification, it can be assumed that Erik has obtained this certification as well.
