With a Master's degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor's degree in IT, Armand has a strong technical skill set in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, network problems, and remote desktop support. Previous roles have involved managing various technologies, providing guidance to junior techs, and leading special projects in the IT field.
