Cole Brothers has held various positions in the Adult Beverage CPG, Real Estate, and Political industries. In 2018, they were the Sales Director at Core Brewing & Distilling Co., where they were responsible for driving sales and setting financial performance goals. Cole also held the role of Business Development Specialist, where they gained comprehensive knowledge of the brand, industry, and market. That same year, they were an E-Commerce Intern at SKU Ninja + WhyteSpyder. In 2017, they were a Real Estate Assistant at Weichert Realtors The Griffin Company. In 2016, they were a Messenger at Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C. In 2015, they were a Senator John Boozman Summer Intern at the United States Senate. Finally, in 2014, they were an Intern at the Republican Party of Arkansas, where they contributed to the campaign efforts of numerous candidates.

Cole Brothers obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Political Science (Minor) from the University of Arkansas between 2014 and 2018. In 2015, they also obtained an Arkansas Real Estate License from the Clark Long School of Real Estate.
