Steven Ham is an accomplished leader with extensive expertise in manufacturing, automation, and IoT. Currently serving as CEO and Founder of Manufacturing Revolution since 2018, Steven drives the design and engineering of custom robotic systems aimed at improving quality and reducing costs. As an Executive on Demand at Core Catalysts, Steven provides strategic executive leadership to address business challenges and enhance operations. In parallel, Steven contributes to RUMBLE IoT, specializing in actionable data technologies that encompass various aspects of IoT and analytics. Previous experience includes roles as Business Development/Application Engineer at TW Automation and VP of Manufacturing & Automation at Peterson Manufacturing, where Steven effectively managed manufacturing operations and built high-performing teams. Steven holds an MBA in Industrial Management from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies and a BS in Engineering/Industrial Management from Missouri State University.
