Nellie Vance is a Senior Designer at Core Creative, managing graphic design work for the Milwaukee Tool Design Services Team, while also leading the internal IDEA Committee focused on Inclusivity, Diversity, Equity, and Access. Prior experience includes roles as a Communications & Marketing Specialist at the UWM Center for Aging & Translational Research, Lead Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator at ShoreTrips, and various positions at Kohl's Department Stores related to digital content production. Nellie has also served as a Graphic Designer for Alcoholmanac Magazine and worked as a Lab Technician at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Nellie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art & Design from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
