Holli is a licensed professional engineer and project manager with over 15 years of experience in civil engineering and land development. Her background has included civil design for a variety of projects including single family plats, multi-family residential communities, commercial developments and small site improvements.
Her areas of expertise include managing jurisdictional relationships for clients, as well as grading and utility design in the areas of King, Snohomish, Pierce, Yakima and Kitsap counties, and Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
