Malia Young

Malia Young is a skilled UX/UI designer with experience in leading design transformations across multiple sectors. Currently at Core Education since March 2024, Malia contributes to the redesign of St. Ambrose University's website with a focus on mobile-first usability. Previously, as UX/UI Lead at RenoAssist, Malia led a cross-functional team in enhancing the visual hierarchy and user matchmaking on a home renovation platform. Malia also directed a team at Sense Co in improving a B2C website's e-commerce efficiency and user interface. Prior experience includes roles at Whole Foods Market as Front End Supervisor and Axle Club as UI Designer, where Malia collaborated on the integration of user-centered design elements. Malia holds a degree from Georgia State University, completed in 2022.
