Phil Ridgwell

Phil Ridgwell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Phil is currently a Non-Executive Director at SCT Mobile since 2023. Previously, they founded Everett Sky in 2022, a company focused on providing outsourcing services and implementing growth strategies. Before that, they founded CG Utilities in 2020, a specialist contractor with a proactive approach to delivering quality and expertise. Phil also served as the CEO of Rock Core Ltd from 2022, leading a team of groundworks and surveying experts. In 2023, they became the CEO & Founder of Core Group USA, expanding the company's footprint into the United States. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of Core Group since 2011, a group of businesses focused on helping talented individuals achieve their goals. Phil also co-founded Core Sports UK in 2018, an athlete representation agency. In 2016, they co-founded iCore tech., a technology recruitment specialist. Phil was also a Founding Pioneer at The OPERA Global Youth Foundation from 2016 to 2018, empowering youth in finding and retaining jobs. Before that, they gained experience as a Sales Director at EDC Europe from 2008 to 2011.

Phil Ridgwell attended East Berkshire College from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a HNC degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2012, they obtained a certification in Achilles from Link Up qualified via audit.
