Ali Raza

Ali Raza is an experienced Information Technology Specialist with a background in telecommunications and IT support. Currently employed at CORE GROUP since December 2021, Ali manages user accounts and system integrations with Jump Cloud’s directory service. Prior to this role, Ali served as Manager VoIP Network at Tech Resource Company, leading improvements in telephony systems and monitoring VoIP traffic. Past experience includes work as a Resident Engineer at Jaffer Brothers, troubleshooting IT network issues, and serving as a Senior Engineer for cost control at Axact Pakistan and Bol Media Group. Ali began a career in IT as an IT Technical Support Engineer at Mobilink, where skills in ITIL and service management were developed. Ali holds a BS in Telecommunication Engineering from Sir Syed University, complemented by foundational education in pre-engineering and computer science.
