Jenni Massey

Jenni Massey is the Director of Quality Assurance at CORE GROUP, where she has been working since November 2023. Prior to this role, she worked as a Corporate Trainer and Quality Assurance Specialist at Rapid Response Team, LLC from November 2020 to September 2023. Before that, she held the position of Field Adjuster at Security First Insurance from December 2018 to November 2020 and at FedNat from September 2017 to December 2018. In addition, she worked as an Independent Field Claims Adjuster from January 2013 to September 2017. Jenni Massey obtained her High School Diploma from Kermit High School in 2002.
