C. Reed Brown, Esq. has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. C. Reed began their career as a Partner at the law firm of Armstrong, Rawlings, West and Schaerrer, where they worked from 1973 to 1981. C. Reed then became a Partner at the law firm of Hintze, Brown & Faust from 1982 to 1991.

In 1991, they transitioned to the role of General Counsel/C.O.O. at Intermountain Design, Inc., where they oversaw the manufacture of composite products for various industries. C. Reed later served as President of HealthRider Kiosk, Inc., managing retail sales operations for the company's products.

In 1992, C. Reed Brown joined HealthRider, Inc. as Executive Vice President/General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, overseeing daily operations and focusing on legal matters and international distribution development. C. Reed also served on the Board of Directors at Nautilus from 1998 to 2001, while simultaneously working as Director of Business and Legal Affairs at Nautilus.

From 2004, they took on the role of Small Claims Judge Pro Tem at Utah State Courts. C. Reed then became General Counsel and Vice-President of Legal at both Stairmaster and Star Trac starting in 2010.

Currently, C. Reed Brown is the President of CRB1, Inc., a company that specializes in providing legal and business services to entrepreneurial companies, particularly those with international distribution. Some of the representative clients they have worked with include JC Group, Mobile RXTX, Xiamen World Gear, and Xel Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

C. Reed Brown, Esq. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government with a minor in Economics from the University of Utah, where they studied from 1968 to 1971. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued their Doctor of Law (J.D.) at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law from 1971 to 1973.
