Carla (Diggett) Ottaviano

Carla Ottaviano has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Carla began their career as a Staff Accountant at Ross-Simons in 1997, where they worked for seven years. Following that, they joined Brooks Eckerd Pharmacy as a Staff Accountant for a year before moving on to Rhode Island Airport Corporation. At Rhode Island Airport Corporation, Carla held various roles, starting as an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable professional for eight years and then transitioned into the role of Financial Analyst and Administrator, which they held for nearly ten years. Currently, Carla is a Staff Accountant at CORE Higher Education Group, a position they began in 2023. Their responsibilities at their various roles have included financial analysis, budget comparison, grant and contractual process administration, and general ledger analysis among others.

Carla (Diggett) Ottaviano is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Johnson & Wales University College of Professional Studies, starting in 2021 and expected to complete in 2023.

Prior to their MBA, Carla obtained a diploma in College Preparatory from Bishop Keough Regional High School. Carla also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting, Information Technology from Johnson & Wales University, although the specific years of enrollment for both degrees were not provided.
