Joe Bento

Joe Bento is an experienced Software QA Engineer currently at CORE Higher Education Group since February 2017. Previously, Joe served as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Zywave from May 2013 to February 2016, where responsibilities included developing detailed test procedures, executing test plans, and performing post-release validation. Earlier in the career, Joe worked as an IS Technician at CVS Caremark Corporation from January 2012 to March 2013. Throughout these roles, Joe has demonstrated strong skills in tracking and reporting software defects, ensuring overall software stability, and researching new testing methods and tools.
