Frank Papa is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various manufacturing and industrial sectors. Currently serving as Founding Senior Partner at CORE Industrial Partners since October 2017, Frank specializes in private equity investments in lower middle-market businesses. Previously, Frank held the position of Global Chief Executive Officer at DuraFiber Technologies, leading a multinational firm in high-tenacity polyester fibers and fabrics. As Global President and CEO of The Newark Group, Frank successfully executed a turnaround that culminated in a strategic sale at a significant multiple of EBITDA. Additional leadership roles include Operating Partner at H.I.G. Bayside Capital, CEO positions at Signature Aluminum and Specialized Vehicles Corporation, and executive positions at Aftermarket Technologies, The Stanley Works, and Hanesbrands Inc. Frank holds an MBA from Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, a BS in Industrial Engineering from Lowell Technological Institute, and completed the Advanced Manager Program at Harvard Business School.
